Thanks. Using some dark grey background material. Single light and reflector. I think I need to add some backlighting to pop the edges and work on catching more detail in the adjustable lens shade.

Love the light and detail. Were you using a black board or curtain?
George,
Everytime you shoot with enlarging lenses like this EL-Nikkor 135mm/5.6 (I sold mine for $37.50 20 years ago) - Ii start kicking myself because of all the enlarging lenses I let go. Rodenstock, Leitz, Kodak Extar, multiple El-Nikkors. I punish myself by reviewing my equipment spread sheet. Arghh. Wonderful photo, btw.

To keep the pace of the thread going, I'll post a product shot I was working on last night. Still work in progress with the lighting and angle.
Z7II with EL-Nikkor 135mm/5.6 on PB-4 Bellows. Swing applied to the lens to adjust the focal plane angle. Single shot no stacking.
I will put a Jim warning notice before posting with the EL lenses again

BTW, you can infinity focus with the EL 135 on the PB-4 Bellows too. I haven't given it a good test at infinity but could make for an interesting landscape rig with the ability to swing the lens for focus plane control.

Don't have the EL 135mm, but the EL 105mm does really well at infinity.
There is a chicano, (california mexican) neighborhood sandwiched between shipyards and freeways next to downtown San Diego. Below the freeways there is a skate park.
Took the 10mm OP there - an 8mm would have done better in a large site, the ortographic 10mm compresses the edges too much for me. My new to me Z7 gets the best out of the circular fisheyes.
About 5pm I got tired of waiting for the sun to peak out from the clouds and smoke haze. So, we loaded up the scooter, two cameras, a footed carbon fiber mono-pod, and took off. The newly IR converted 5DmkII was sporting a 20mm f2.8 ais, and the trusty D800 the 24mm f2.8 ais. This way the scene can seen both ways.
And may I introduce you to my next lens adventure:

Really interested to see what you get out of the this!
