This seems like a good time to add to the momentum of this thread with a few infrared images from last autumn. These were shot at a local city park with the 2.8 f/3.5 H (first photo) and the 55 f/1.2 SC (all the rest) on my IR converted Fuji X-T2 and Lens Turbo II focal reducer.

Life is strange. I find it odd that at this point in life my imaging of photos has reached a new high - while my eyesight is marginal at best.
I have the day off today, but I woke up at my usual time. So, I thought I would put the 55/3.5 Micro on my Zfc and take a few close-ups of one of my guitars. Unfortunately for my wife, I have two expensive hobbies...photography and guitars. This is my latest acquisition, an Alvarez Masterworks MF60OM. Every guitar has its own personality and I am completely enamored with this one. It is truly a joy to play.

Jim and Rafael,
I was about to make a similar comment. Jim, you really have been posting some of your best images the past few months and this is not said lightly as you always have great images. Keep 'em coming and thank you for the inspiration. There are times when health and our vision can take a hit, and it is awesome to see your and others here response to such!
James, very artistic photograph of an excellent lens collection.
Scott. congrats on the beautiful guitar, excellent detail in your photos.
Siphiwe. very nice colors with your DF.
The Gothic style altarpiece of Toledo Cathedral (1497-1502), constructed of gilded carved wood. The colorful artwork are scenes from the New Testament. I have seen a few altars but nothing like this, the craftsmanship is superb.
It is protected by a substantial metal gate and to take photos, the lens is squeezed between the metal bars.
No-see-ums are very nasty tiny little critters that you feel bite you, but are so tiny you don't see them. Kinda like gnats with weapons, and they thrive in various parts of the country spreading their joy in the spring and summer time. They have different names in various parts of the country, which also varies depending on whether or not they are biting you at the time of speaking.
