My wife and I went for a short hike at one of our state parks this afternoon and, of course, I took a camera with me. The hike was supposed to be for exercise. Thank goodness she knows me so well and is patient with me.

Samy, the photograph of the marina is excellent.
Almudena Cathedral located directly behind the Palacio Real. The church was planed in the 16th century when the capital of Spain was moved from Toledo to Madrid. Construction began in 1883 (delays due to lack of funds) and completed in 1960. I will add interior photos a bit later.
