Colin - "Spot the dog" reminds me of a scene in the Sex Pistols film The Great Rock N Roll Swindle where at the end of the "Lonely Boy" song scene a security guard with an Alsatian on a chain bursts into the motel room and the dog says to Steve Jones "Grrrr, put it away Steve" !
Anyone ? Anyway
Outside the Motor Museum. WOOF !!!!
Aston Martin Vantage V8 GT. In a matt grey paint (vinyl wrap?) so B&W Acros+R felt right. Akrapovic exhausts !
Beautiful work on the Aston Martin, Andy. Gorgeous car, great processing. Hopefully it's easier to keep spot free and looking great unlike the matte finish on one of our road bikes in the home; water spots galore, and fingerprinting too.

I have pencilled in a trip to London in a few weeks time to look at the 50 images on display.
I was not happy with the pale washed out detail to the mushroom so I applied a curve thru a blue channel derived mask, and then posted the wrong ones!
I hope the slight boost in detail warrented the repost.

Nice that someone can profit off our tax dollars!

I am sure NASA will be making some meagre money out of this - too late to pay for new venting valves on Artemis though.
Luka, your latest 55mm f1.2 Series got me thinking about adding to my MF lineup. Super series, especially like the color buoy pics, though they are all strong.
Jay, not sure if it's your picture hosting service but your last two pics look soft or out of focus on my screen. That or I am completely missing the point, sorry.
Urban settings, very unusual for me, but stormy skies had me detouring to a parking lot along the way to work. There was quite a light show, but the setting is what it is, I did not want to miss the light by driving elsewhere; perhaps I should have. 55mm f2.8 AIS Micro

Lovely transitions to oof backgrounds Luka. All wide open?
Btw Good to see you again.
Andy
Andy,
Thank you for your welcoming words. I think they were all wide open, but I admit, every now and then, finger twitched so some may be ‘off’. And exif gives no information.

Nice to see you Luka. Wonderful set with the 55/1.2. You have inspired me to get mine out.
Thank you Leighton. I may not have shots to post, but I have been visiting regularly and enjoying your shots and others. This thread is one amazing place on FM.

Here's encouraging you to do this more often, Luka. Lovely rendering from this lens and great choice of subject matter that shows it to good effect.
It's been a good month with some infrequent visitors showing up and dishing some different MFNG sauce for inspiration.
Thank you for the encouragement. You all have been inspiring me with your posts, and finally I got around to use this wonderful lens.

Thank you Ray. It is vey nice of you. I always liked 55/1.2, but I forgot,, or may not have realized the character in a way I see now.. It was a bit of a pleasant surprise how much I like the rendering of this lens.
