I went out today to try to duplicate a few shots I did yesterday with another camera body and lens combo (auto focus )
Wanted to see how the Series E 75-150 would do in the same light (went out at the same time of day)
I don't think this is too bad for a sloppy zoom, less than $40 beater lens on a medium format body. I did crop to 7x6 ratio to eliminate the harder vignette in the extreme corners.
GFX 50S and 75mm-150mm f/3.5 Series E. Shot at f/3.5

I sure am glad(now) that I made the confusing post.
That looks like a productive and fun venture.
Well done!

Nice shot Andy. Looking forward to pulling it up on my big monitor when I get home tomorrow night.
With all the cranes in the skyline it seems like Melbourne is definitely seeing a lot of new construction too.
Thanks George, yeah, at 16548 x 4493 it definitely needs a big screen !
There does seem to be plenty of construction going on both here and in Brisbane, some massive infrastructure projects as well as new multistorey buildings. A new underground rail tunnel under the city with 5 new underground stations for example costing approx. $15 Billion (AUD) and a similar one in Brisbane under the river there that will cost around $6 Billion. I couldn't take a new version of an old shot in Brisbane to show the new skyline because of cranes in the way.
George, I know the old Noct is adaptable to a lot more gear, but the new one is still drool-worthy. I can imagine it with the Z9 Now I would need to sell several kidneys to imagine owning that combo though,

I'm drooling with you Samy, and I'm not limiting myself to the Z9, I can imagine it with the Z6 and/or Z7 too.
One should never leave this thread for too long. There is so much good content. I've just got in on the last two pages and I'm astounded by the quality. I've been giving the little Z50 some love this week trying to decide if I want the 18-140mm or the 24-120mm for the Z5. Not much mfng shooting.
Andy, the black and white photos are amazing. You should do more.
Serge, for the first time ever, I came across a used S5 Pro locally and immediately thought of you. Nice shots with the 35mm. Good to give the 16 and 28 a break now and again.
Samy, I'm forever impressed by yours and Dean's(where is he?) film output.
