Roberts has it on e-bay for $23K and on their own site for $21K. I offered them $10K but they would not take it. I tried to start a co-op on this thread to buy it but no-one has sent me any money.
TEST: To see if I can post. My password & email seems to have been changed on the "Edit Profile" page, and I can't make any changes. Also, I show up as offline even when online here.
That happened to me too yesterday. Delete everything in the password box at the top of the edit profile window and put your password back in then it should work. Something on the site glitched and put gibberish in the password box there.

I have found that all my old lenses do well on the Z6, a combination of only 24MP and very strong software, there is a lot going on in the processing of the Raw file. One of the last lenses I wanted to check was the $90 300 4.5 H versus the $250/350 300 4.5 ais.
I am happy to report that the 300 4.5 H performs nearly the same on this camera as the ais. Focusing and holding make much more of a difference than the lenses do. The old lens has easier manual focusing as it is very smooth and stays put, the newer lens has IF that is on ball bearings, it turns too easy and it is hard to let go without moving it.
This photo of the lenses was taken with my 1959 5.8cm 1.4 at f/16 on a 2007 D3.

Rafael - I love how you slipped in the fact that you got that immaculate 300mm 4.5H for only $90?? $90?!! No comment. I just can't........

I have a later AI version that’s up to Rafael's level of purdy and I paid even less... $80 shipped. I should pull it out since it seems to be the flavor of the month.

Yeah, well, Kevin I was going to say something I'd regret about that......so I'll contain my frustration and my envy and just say....I can't get a lens cap for $80....not $, euros ....yet apparently pristine lenses just fall out of the sky for you ********s.
Actually, I can't find Rafael's level lenses for any money - luckily I'm not too hung up about it, as long they work, in fact I kind of like to see a bit of cosmetic wear and tear, reminds me that it's been a pre-loved lens and that I'm privileged to have it.

You could afford any Nikkors if you sold off some of that Leica gear.
