That's a huge concession Reagan... giving up bikinis for a day...
You're one of the few folks on this thread that I've actually met in person but man, that was EIGHT years ago. I'd heard the rumor that time speeds up as we get older but I had no idea how FAST it goes.
See you later my friend... perhaps we can discuss your next NIKON camera... That, of course, is one of the main themes of this thread...
Going back to the challenge here´s a shot of something that holds special significance to me.
Can´t buy this one in Sweden, only in Denmark. Right now the borders are closed except for those danes who works in Sweden and for those swedes who´s working in Denmark. So the last drops of this bottle will not go down until they open the bridge again.
I guess one thing you might do Kristian is toast the group with a small sip of rum. It is morning for me so no cocktails but I guess folks can tipple while we chat... Peter a glass of wine, Colin a pint of this or that... Reagan, Leighton and George non-alcoholic beer... I have a cold six pack in the refrigerator... Clausthaler.

Reagan, just came to think about it. I've never tested the Mount Gay rum but from what I've heard it's some real good juice from Barbados. I bought a bottle Foursquare rum a while ago also really good one from Barbados!! Cheers
So we had 14 participants at our first ever MFNG Gathering. Someone suggested a screenshot of those present and we're going to violate our Nikon lens requirement and use my iMac computer's image....
It was a lovely gathering with the usual mix of information and humor. When the question of doing it again came up there was a consensus we'd do it next month on the first Sunday. Scott suggested we report next month how many rolls of toilet paper we had left...
Thanks everyone for hanging out together. And don't forget that having contact virtually with friends from the thread is easy to do. George mentioned being open to conversations about photography or whatever, We are blessed to have many fine people who visit this thread.

Mt Gay is about the only rum we drink and we still have not tried all the variations of it
Will have to try the Foursquare one time

Nice to see this happening. I did exactly the same with a few guys from elementary school last Friday. Normally we meet once a year, and have been doing so foe the past 10 years. Elementary school was 30 years ago for the bunch of us, so we still have plenty of memories to share on the time we spent there.
Maybe I manage to join in on the next MFNG gathering, if you let me in
