Which adapter are you using with that Canon EF lens?
I'm thinking of picking up another 100-400L to use on both my S1R and my G9. I have the Sigma adapter for my S1R, but will need to get something else for the m4/3 mount.

After Capture One Pro, Ai-Denoize, Ai-Sharpen (didn't do much/anything for this shot) and Affinity photo export (just to turn the TIFF to JPG) I noticed the EXIF is long lost.
So, Panasonic G9, Olympus 300mm F4 @F4, 1/640 s and ISO 3200. Cleaned up pretty well for that ISO.
The grass hanging from the beak looks fine when I view it at a larger size so I think it's some kind of weird bug for this size (looks jagged), would have to print it to make sure but not really worthy of it.
Same settings for shot number 2 but slightly longer shutter speed.
Most of the images posted here are sharp and crisp with excellent feather details, particularly Tony’s. My images are sharp and crisp in RAW. Once I resize and post on web they lose detail. I feel I am doing something wrong in resizing and sharpening. Can somebody point me to some tutorial as to how to save for web with good detail? Thanks.
Not sure if I can help @skamaraju nor do I know how you see the sharpness in my shots compared to Tony's for example.
But a few questions, do you use FM's upload and sell upload or do you link them through something else?
What do you export from and at what size and compression, if any?
I use upload/sell/post pictures from the forum so I'm limited to 1mb per file, which is low which means I export my files with full quality no matter what program I use and instead go down in size. I mostly limit my shots to 1200px on the long side.
What program do you use? What does the jpg look like if you open it on the computer once it's been exported and is ready to be uploaded?
I've had no issues with lack of sharpness on any of your shots btw.

A ton of awesome work on display here! This is a composite of multiple frames. I don't know if composites are permitted. If not, I'm happy to delete the post.

Pictures from m43 gear, however they are taken in my opinion
It's a really awesome composite! Wouldn't mind it a bit bigger though.

Your pictures do show good detail. These last two pictures of swan look detailed with no unnatural sharpness in them.

I post link from Flickr

I tried exporting from Capture one, Lightroom and Olympus workspace. Tried 2048, 1600, 1200 and 1024px on long end with 80, 90, 100% compression level.

Exported image on my iMac 5K 27in. does not look as sharp as those posted here by members or as the original picture. Do I need to oversharpen during export after resizing? Thanks for your reply.

Not sure what's wrong then. Like I said, your shots look good on my display. I do use FM's upload feature so I don't link it from any other site.
No need to oversharpen, at least not for me, I sharp enough to make it look sharp enough without introducing (too much) noise. I downsize to 1200 long side for my use, that seems to be the limit for most shots as far as size goes as FM has an upload limit of max 1mb.
I use either Lightroom, Capture One (trying it again because I find it SO much better than LR but I'm not sure I wanna spend the 350 bucks on it right now) or Affinity Photo when I export the JPG.
If you want to, I can mail you a file like the Swan or something else for you to compare?
