If the PL 100-400 came out before the Oly 300 PRO I would have gotten the PL 100-400 instead. I have the 300 PRO and it's a great lens and my 1.4x TC is practically stuck to it. I am really curious about the new 150-400/4 zoom lens with the built-in 1.25x TC.

Thanks Bobby, i like this lens alot.
I took this last month, not really an ideal shot due to the sun position. This was at 1PM in late Dec, on the north edge of a lake facing straight south. Couldn't really wait around for the sun to move off. But hey, given the choice of taking the shot or trudging back to the car with nothing, I'd rather take the shot and see what I can learn from it. And remember the experience, of course. Was using the hi-res mode and tried to time it so that I could get the snow streaking across the ice in the wind.
Did what I could with dust spots on the lens via the Lightroom spot removal tool, which showed up probably due to shooting straight into the sun. Couldn't quite get the dust spots within the sunburst itself without making it look distorted in general. My question to you guys: is there some functionality in Lightroom that I'm missing that would make cleaning those dust spots within the sunburst up?
