Excellent condition, you know what this lens is all about. I don't use it enough to keep it. I'm the second owner and I bought it here couple years ago. US date code which means it was built in 2004. This is the same glass and mechanisms as the mark ll, just a tiny bit slower. You're not going to shoot someone running with this or with the mark ll, but it's probably the best tele portrait lens from canon.
