LR5 available for download. Some new tools added but I'm happy that its speed seems similar to LR4, not like when I upgraded from LR3 to 4. Following were pp'ed with LR5.
Nikkor SC 5cm f/1.4. First two comparison of rendering at f/1.4 and f/2
Picked up a trick over at RFF, where you stop down this lens in-between f/1.4 and f/2 for better control of the abberations but still have some glow.
at f/4 this lens is sharp enough, at least in the center of the frame. This was between 0.5 to 0.7m MFD.

You will have to search this thread for the posts made by Ron Scheffler. I don't recall exactly where but he has posted quite a few nice pics.
Edit: Pg.#707 has some good samples...
Thanks Gary - I have seen the shots with the 1.8 LTM on page 707, but no 1.4. I wish there was a way to search in a thread !!

Nice Ryan! That first shot is sooo funny. Something to show during his wedding.... Great idea with the kitchen drawer. What is your address again?
Just follow the Fisker home.
Allen: beautiful!
Joe: great tips. Glad LR5 is not slower. Wish it was a lot faster.

Anyone have any examples of the Canon 50 1.4 ltm?
Just bought one and now the waiting begins. I have seen shots on Flickr etc, but wondered if any of the talented people on this board had experience.
Seems we now have four owners of this lens in a short period of time. The Steve Huff effect?
I have the 50 1.4 LTM, had it for a few years now. NEVER use it.
I prefer it to some of Canon's modern lenses (better colors), and it's definitely a good deal compared to a 50 1.5 Sonnar, but I much prefer the look of the Sonnar (even tho I've grown to dislike the lens, maybe with EVF it would be better?). I do like the Canon LTM a heck of a lot more then I liked my CV 50 1.5 LTM, I feel the CV looks good ONLY on film, whereas the Canon does better on digital and film.
Again, just personal preference.. And really no way for me to put up samples, unless you wanted to see some Canon LTM shots w/an X-E1?
jojomon11,thanks for the welcome! As far missing color...you pictures with the mm have a great appearance, keep up the good work.
