Thanks Gary. Definitely something to keep in mind for a future project. BTW, I accidentally overlooked your photo above. B&W looks great and I really enjoy the moment and quality of the light. Interesting that he's curled up with an old-fashioned analog device (book) rather than an iPad, etc.
Yup - nothing beats the feel of a "real" book. We give our kids the option of buying ebooks and they always choose the paper versions. They have enough screen time as it is....
Winston, b&w pillars photo is very nice.
Ron, I like the one with the 21 SEM and the following with the 28 cron. From the looking up exercise I like the almost graphical look with the 50 lux.
Michael, I like the last of your high iso shots.
Allen, #2 and #4 is very good. Kind of sparks your imagination.
Andrew, great set where I specially lines and angles in the VC 21photos
Gary, a very good photo where you caught the joy of reading a good book.
Justin, nice b&w street photos.
xpr.108, very nice set. I'm not sure I want to join in on the 'People on the ledge' photo
No nice light around today but here are still two photos with the 50 Lux.
zhangyue, love the night shots, especially #3
airfrogusmc, the running shot is great.
Andrew, #3 is fantastic, I love the combo of the crisp texture of the perforated metal and the bokeh
Gary, nice moment and lots of interesting shadows
Justin, that's a really nice set. I especially like #2
xpr.108, the 3rd one is great. Perfect balance between silhouette and background
Ron, #1 really works for me. Reminds me of human veins.
joakim, is #2 a lookout tower of sorts?
thrice, love #1, that burning cigarette just jumps off the page
Went to the Zoo today and decided to play with my new 1.4x viewfinder with the 90 AA.
Wonderful shots everyone!!! Week end break, and many pages ahead
p650
Winston, thank you Wonderful shot of the riverside architecture.
p651
Joakim, beautiful snow scenes!
Ron, thank you Very nice pre snow storm images So different here on the Gold Coast!!
Michael, love those moody portraits!
Joe, awesome having the chance to spend time with Constantine Manos!!! I am sure he would ground any GAS
Winston, very nice lighting on the "pillars".
p652
Ron, very nice images! The 21 SEM still amazes me Love the abstract patterns in the last set, even with the "additional" rendering
Michael, beautiful colours with low light PP'ing.
Allen, nice street set! Love the last two shots
Andrew, great series of images!! Very nice show case of the CV 21
Gary, neat portrait!
Justin, very nice street shots
Joakim, love those shots with the 50 Lux.
p653
Dan, very nice low light captures! I agree with good PP'ing and lighting, 2500 ISO is no real disadvantage.
Andrew, excellent B&W conversions!!
Ryan, love the first shot!!
Weather has been crazy on the Eastern seaboard. A shot from yesterday before the storm arrived with the M-M 28 Cron and Red filter
Daniel, nice low light shots,a nd the grain/noise is not disturbing at all.
Andrew, very good b/w set. My favourites are 1, 5 and 6.
Ryan, very lovely rendering of the 90 AA. I especially like 1, 4 and 5.
Charles, superb scene and b/w tonality.
I was feeling a bit artistic last night, so I ordered the ZM 50 C-Sonnar. When I receive it in a couple of days, I will do a quick comoparison with the ZM 50 Planar at infinity and up close, just to understand the difference in character. Will keep you posted

As a former C-Sonnar owner, I am sure you will enjoy the lens. Just don't try to focus it close up at anything except f/1.5.
Thank you Charles, Dan. In fact intend to use the Sonnar for low light WO shooting. For everything else I have the excellent Planar. That's why I hope it will be optimized for f/1.5 not f/2.8.
Ron, good attempt at the Sigma look Really like 28Cron shots with the water droplet on sensor!
Michael, nice tones to the pushed ISO640 shots, especially like the last one.
Allen, excellent street sets! #4 from the first set is my favorite.
Andrew, really like the compositions with that color last set. The first 4 pics are my favorites, excellent! On your B&W set, the first pic with the timber and CV21 is my favorite.
Gary, as Ron said, excellent B&W shot and a REAL book! I agree that nothing feels like a real book to me as well.
Justin, welcome to the thread and an excellent set to start!
Douglas, interesting adapter and looks decent!
xpr.108, excellent set with the M8! Very clean tones to the first two B&W shots, almost like the Monochrom tonality, beautiful!
Joakim, the first 50Lux shot is excellent!
Daniel, those ISO shots look clean and nice.
Ryan, looks like the 1.4x adapter works well with the 90AA! Nice sharp pics!
Charles, both those 28Cron shots are excellent!
