That’s interesting. What is it about the M10M that you prefer over the M11M?

The M10M files had much more of a medium format feel to me than the M11M. There are tonality differences, the M10M is better at showing textures in upper highlights and the details captured within shadows seem more visible. The M11M files look more sterile, very clean to my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I have the M11M and its great, but I'm not as fond of the sensor as I was on the M10M.
The reason I have the M11M though is because it has a much improved menu system, makes use of better batteries, electronic shutter and the metering is also much improved. You can also use some of the older lenses, such as 50 Cron DR without issue due to placement of the system.

yes the lens helped
but truly I love the M11M, it's my favorite camera of all time!

Agreed! Loved the m10m, but had to move on due to what you said especially needed better evf fro my aging eyes. May pick up another again for the reasons you state.
And, some of us are not so lucky as to have healthy eyes that can make use of rf anymore.

you're like me. I saw images from version 3 on Leica Forum, including some Fred posted, and I was hooked, knew I had to get one. What surprised me was how perfectly sharp it is wide open on the subject. It's now my favorite lens.
The young enthusiastic cyclist sitting on the curb thought it would be cool to pop a wheelie to show off his stuntman skills, but went all the way over and dumped it and was struck by a car behind him. Can't fix stupid...
