I haven't been out shooting the past few days either. I was dangerously close to impulse buying a 28 Cron today, but the poor weather prevented me. Instead I did something useful and sent off my ZM 35/2 (wobbly focus ring, front focusing) and ZM 25/2.8 (somewhat uneven focusing ring) to Zeiss for repairs.
Anyway, here are some shots from a week or two ago...
Ryan, the 135mm Elmar is pretty old and amazingly sharp for a lens of such vintage. They probably don't make them like they used to. Focusing is alright, probably because of f4 and if i am not mistaken, it's the lightest 135 around for M-system. I bring it along for trips but usually only use it sporadically (ie it's not often in the day bag).
Luka, I like the first one.
LovingLife, well done.
Charles, great set where I think the last one is my favourite. But seriously, she's got a camera tattooed on her shoulder? I wonder how many guys on this forum would fall in love with her just because of the tattoo?
KL, there was just 2 M9's one with 75 Lux and other 50 Lux Asph. No tripods, flash or strobes, just a round white reflector for some fill in. I love the fact you really don't need very much gear.
Here are a few with the 21 Summilux..
I love this lens, its pretty amazing in extreme low light settings.
The fast Canons I had were never this sharp wide open.
thx charles! I assumed you had strobes judging from the white-out of the background. Did you guys have a backdrop that had it's own lights?
Gorgeous model - what's the camera model she has tattoned on her back though?
Cheers
