Tore my rotator cuff and have been out of commision for about a month. Still can't use my m gear (requires 2 hands) but figured out how to rest my SL and 70-200 on my car window

I miss shooting terribly. Especially in the Spring around here.
Here's one out the car window.

Thank you...I actually have a couple compacts but just cant get comfortable bringing them up to my eye.
But...this got me thinking... I need to grab my monopod that I haven't used for 10 years (lol)...It's light and will work for any of my cameras.
