That image above was taken with a Russian M1B 37/2.7. It has the front element reversed (easily done). I've had this lens for years and typically take it out for one shot during the holidays to capture holiday lights like the image above. The lens is configured for my Sony A1 with an M42/M and M/FE adapters.
Well, for the first time since I own this frankenstein lens, I reversed the front element to its correct orientation and mounted the lens to the M11. The lens is plenty sharp in the middle and plenty soft in the corners. Far from a perfect lens but I'm looking forward to exploring this lens more!
I spent the last two days testing out my Kolari fixed M9 and new to me M-240... wow are these cameras really different!
I can report that the M9 is corrosion free and the M240 works as it should
