Both are very well executed and stand up well in my opinion. Therefore to me it is about the use case of the final image. At times the color version will be the best choice, at other times it will be the monochrome version. This is a common thing I run into in my own shooting. This, and the editing power of color channels, is the major reason I prefer to convert color to B&W rather than commit to a monochrome sensor camera.
Odd man out, goin' with color ... the stones in that wall, and the atmosphere / time of day just seems to present stronger to me in the color on this one.
