My grandson's school honored our Military Veteran's today and the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Band (Cherry Point, North Carolina) performed for everyone. These Marine's put on and amazing show.

In another thread the question was posed - what is a good small, slow 50mm lens for an M? I just happened to have a CV 50 2.5 and realized I never tried it on my 10r. Looking for it made me find my CV 50 1.1 which I thought I sold a long time ago..
Pics taken w my 10r, first w my muse Daisy..
FYI this is another extremely flare resistant lens.

Thanks for the images..
It's smaller than the Planar, but heavier as it is brass construction.
I don't know if I would say it is 'better' as the Planar is great. it's different and IMO a little nicer to use just because of how dense it feels.
There was a black one on ebay cheeeep that I hummed and hawed about too long so someone else snagged it. My chrome one is very nice, but black paint over brass? Nicer.
There actually is a black one for sale on FM, but it has a loose focus tab which I would not enjoy!
FYI it is an LTM lens, so you'd need an LTM-M adapter. No biggie.

Black would be my choice if I were to find one in great condition. LTM is fine and easily adapted to M.
That same person selling the CV has a Canon 50/1.8 LTM also that I have been watching reviews about...
