I went to the annual Bomber Fest down at the waterfront park here in San Diego. It was a super bright harsh light day, and the cars were parked very close together. No the ideal car photography situation. Still, I had some fun hanging out with friends.

I made a point to shoot my new Super-Elmar 21mm today. It such a brilliant and sharp lens. The more I use it, the better I like it.

I'm currently on assignment and find myself in LA just a few blocks from the Leica store. So with one hour to spare, I popped in. I don't know that was a good idea. I played with the M11 Monochrome and fell in love. I didn't make a purchase ss I have no room to spare but it's now high on the list.

I know some of you live in the area and I'm sorry I don't have time for a meet up. Next time!
