I had a meeting at the County Assessors office this afternoon. As always I took my Leica along. On the way out I noticed the way the light formed a cross through the Sherriff's security station. I thought it might make a nice shot so I parked myself in the middle of the hall focused and framed up a shot. Didn't take long before a Sheriff came over to check why I was taking pictures of his security station. I explained what I saw, and showed him my Leica. He stood by and let me wait for the right figure to come through and get my shot.

Great dramatic lighting.
I know what you mean about IIRC. One feature I really like on my Sony A9-II is the ability to add a brief voice memo to an image. No need to carry a pencil and pad to take notes. A huge plus for my failing memory cells.
