It started to rain this afternoon during my walk. I ducked into the La Valencia Hotel for cover. A nice place to wait out the storm. But even the inclement weather couldn't keep the tourists and shoppers off the street in La Jolla.

I shot this from under the cover of the Valet stand out in front of La Valencia.

A few from today with my Noctilux f/1. Went to the science center. I mostly used my X2D as I thought there was no way I was going to get any in focus in this room with my daughter dancing and I was right

. But wish I took more with the Noctilux.

I saw this poster for a soon to be opening Italian lingerie store with the striped light on it. I set my focus, and waited for about 15 minutes for the light to be over her eyes. Just at the right time this gentleman in the white hat walked by, and I clicked the shutter. He was a fast walker, so I only got off one frame. It turned out to be the only frame I shot all day.
