Pretty horrendous by modern standards, but it has its niche. Best in B&W, and where sharpness isn't important.
I tried the 90/4 Collapsible Elmar for a bit, hoping it would capture the magic of my Collapsible 50 Summicron in a longer focal length. While it was fine for B+W film photography, it didn't hold up with modern colour digital sensors! Still fun to play with old gear though. Nice work resurrecting it, even if it's use is limited.

Thank you. After going with the SL line I knew I still wanted the rangefinder experience and the M9M seemed like a great way to do that while having something completely different from the 2-s.
For today's physical therapy walk I went to the old Mission in San Diego. It was the first one in Alta California. Beautiful place. The light is very low inside so it is difficult to photograph. At the back of the Basilica is the old confessional room. i am not Catholic so I have never been in one, but they look scary to me.
I was drawn to the frame in frame colors. I had to squish myself up against a wall in order to see through the various internal doors to the chair. That is why the door is at such an angle. But in the end, I think it adds a bit.
During my walk through the old Mission San Diego I sat for some time in the main basilica and just watched the people. It is a quiet and peaceful place.
This young Mother lit a candle in memory of someone (I think that is how it works) and her child. I took a few different images of her while she was there. The M10-P is quiet and discrete with its almost silent shutter. My photography didn't seem to bother anyone.

Thank you for sharing these. Brings back memories when I was travelling to California. I visited the Mission San Diego de Alcalá a few times on my trips. Very peaceful and photographic place as are some of the other missions in California.
She might be lighting the candle in memory of someone or offering up a prayer request, or in thanks or for some other reason.
