Andrew I have the 24 2.8 Elmarit and it to, even when it is stopped down, in the right situation also has a kind 3d look. That surprised me that a stopped down wide angle lens would do that.
The 24 Lux is a lens I don't see talked a lot about. Many feel 24 is an odd F/L for Leica. I don't think that. The 24 Lux looks like a wonderful lens. The 21 Lux and the 28 Lux seem to get all the attention but the images I've seen from the 24 it looks like aa real under estimated gem. In fact didn't Leica stop producyion of the 24Lux? I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Love the look you got in the above image.

Yes but this is a very special lens. I had one and I remember it fondly. Of course, I agree about the 3D look.
