Well, I can't explain it, I feel the strap click shut, but often, I'd look and it would be pulled loose. I replaced it today. I bought $10.00 worth of triangle hooks, 6 hooks, geesh. lol. I already had the strap, it's replaced. I also put the Giottos Sclott glass cover on my LCD to protect it. Then I added, the $10.00 National Geographic shoulder pad to my Billingham Hadley, updates complete. lol.
Ryan, we have a tennisshoe powerline here near work at a local park. Quite annoying to utilities I guess.
Thanks Ryan! How do you like the 35Cron compared to the 35/1.4 CV you had last time? . Nice shots, very sharp.
I didn't enjoy the 35 1.4 last time...I didn't even consider purchasing it this time around. It was soft and the focusing ring felt 'awkward'. Never got that biting sharpness that I wanted in this length. I didn't get it with the Biogon either
Charles....EXCELLENT! My favorites are #3 with the 50 and #1 with the 75. Those people seemed to enjoy being photographed and each one tells a different story. Really great series, can't wait to see more.
Excellent Charles, beautiful shots, all very nice, my fav is the 1st 75Lux portrait, that expression you captured is to die for! Amazing work as always.
no kidding Ryan, the cameras are just the razors, the blades are killer!
Well, the upgrades were a success. Whew, I thought we were gonna loose her for a while there. I had to detach and re-attach the Giottos Schlott glass one time after partial installation as I didn't get it centered perfectly as a two tone accent. I gently laid it in there first, but it went ok. I didn't have to call 911.
My national geographic $10.00 shoulder strap is great, the greenish tint goes with my tan Billingham perfectly, and I like my neophrene strap on the M9 with my new triangle hooks.
Charles, you just keep getting great pics out there, keep it up. Great job.

Thanks Ron
HA! that's hilarious Ron! We've got two boys, two girls. :-) so we may have a bit more balance in terms of nail polish and hair spray vs. b.o. and leaving the toilet seat up. lol!
I'm just following this thread as I'm considering (ie: saving for) an X1.
Really like the that Leica "look" their cameras produce.
Ryan, excellent two sets. I really like #2 in the first set and the color version of the hanging shoes. The second set is also great, #2 being my favorite.
Charles, superb shots! It's really hard to pick a favorite, but I think the first portrait in the second set. That 75 Lux rendering...man.. if I wasn't so lazy I'd ditch my 75 Cron and get a Lux instead.
Ron, very nice sets with the columns. I really like the strict geometrical compositions!
Edward, Ryan, Gary, Joe, Doug, Ron and Luka .... Thanks a lot guys
Ron, I really like the last shot of your pillars, as it has that tension and interest with the perspective of the shot.
Ryan, excellent shots!!! Love the rendering and PP in your shots. It is so interesting, that if I did not know you had a M8.2, I would have thought the shots were from a M9
