Nice set, whenever I see shots of Maine, I always assume it's Washington State or British Columbia and always surprised when it's....Maine...Looks Beautiful.
I don't know what it is, but I seem to get many more keepers using this manual focus setup than I ever did with any other camera.. It may be that I have slowed down and not relied on the camera system completely to capture that moment, but more setup up the shots when I can before pressing the shutter..
Chasing 2 of my 6 grandchildren around a playground and my backyard is a challenge for any camera and atleast this shooter, but very happy with what I did capture..
Love these. That is such a great area to explore. My brother in law used to live up in the canyon. You’ll find the lake of course, but also places like Wolfs Lair, Madonnas estate (last I knew anyway), the old Bella Lugosi estate and so many more.
There were huge waves being thrown off by a distant hurricane so they were still quite prominent even at distance with a wide angle, it was pretty surreal
