Workin’ for the shot (both the player and the photographer). I am pretty proud of this shot. It was getting dark and I set everything manually. Aperture, shutter speed, ISO and EV. I *think* the EXIF is correct. One nice thing about a manual focus camera is that all I needed to do to get the focus right was set it once at that point and it was good to go.

First shots with my new M10 and 50mm Summicron. Fascinated by the rangefinder process. Lots to learn and practice, but really enjoying the experience.
M10 and a Summicron before even trying a rangefinder? Just thinking that there are a few less expensive ways to try it out first. I bought an m240 + 50mm Voigtlander to see if I liked it. Your cron cost as much as that whole setup! Not judging - good for you! That’s all I was saying.

Thanks! Not sure I understand the "go big" reference, but I appreciate the kind words. Tomorrow, will see how it goes without aperture priority...

It's a long story with a whole other thread on the decision. I have been steadily moving in this direction, after starting with Nikon full frame and a collection of fast glass. Moved to the Q when it came out and then to the Q2. So I did have some idea of what I was getting into and also ended up with a once in a lifetime deal on the M and the 50mm.
