I was going through some images from the past few months and I liked the feeling of this lone fisherman on a particularly cloudy day in San Clemente. Shot with my MP and 28 Summicron (prior to send it off to Leica for repair. Still waiting for it. I miss it!). Film was Tri-X and it was scanned on my Nikon Coolscan 4000ED.
I recently got my M-E back from NJ with the latest sensor and am still very happy with its output. On the road this week and this is a quick snap before going into the hotel next to this one.
Congrats. Ya know the camera I am most surprised with how much I really like is my M-E. Not saying that I don't just love the M 262 but I also really like the M-E.
Tri-X @ISO 1600 stand development in Rodinal 1:100 for one hour. This photo was taken on the same roll in which other frames were shot at ISO 400. One of the advantages of stand developing is that frames can be rated at various ISOs on the same roll of film. The light is awful shopping center lighting.
