Can anybody help me find comparison of 105 2.5 Ai and Zeiss 100 MP (I believe it were these lenses, not 100% sure) posted on alt forum not so long ago?
Thanks

It was posted on the nikon forum, if you look there you will find 2-3 of them
Thanks ulrikft2. I can't find the one with (near) infinity comparison though. I guess it's just me, so additional help would be very appreciated.
I find my copy very sharp at infinity by the way.

So you found this thread Brad... wonderful. Now if only I had an adapter for my 5D for the cabinet full of Nikkor MF lenses I own... of course, the 5D will be sold in August, so I guess I'll have to keep posting photos on the Nikon forum. Nice to see these great lenses being put to good use by Canon shooter. Lovely photos on this thread!

posting AIS or earlier nikkors shot on nikon cameras is alt enough to me. they won't even meter on half of nikon cameras. any manual focus lens is alt in my book. anyway, some old pics.

Hey, Curtis. Yeah, thanks, I actually posted here first. I only cross-posted to show my appreciation for your thread, since that's what sold me on trying Nikon's MF glass. But I get it. Nikon only in the Nikon forum. We must keep those lines clearly delineated or there will be anarchy.
Seriously, though, thanks for the thread. I'm having a lot of fun with a couple of lenses I wouldn't have otherwise tried. Personally, I think you should consider posting here. Other people with a thing for Nikon on Nikon action have, and Fred didn't give them the boot. Now that Nikon's replaced the entire line-up with AF lenses, it seems like the AIS's and older are just another alternative.
