can anyone comment on the 16 3.5 fisheye?
You can probably scrutinize this photo. Taken with 5D2 at f5.6 or 8. The lens is so small and wide that it requires conscientious effort to keep my fingers out of the frame. And for a FE that is not used often, the price is about right.
The Oly 21/2 might be perfect as traveling lens. Small, light but powerful
I still find out how to fix the broken filter ring (55mm).
I have an idea of sanding the inner side of 58-67mm step-up filter so I can slide and glue that ring to the outer ring of the lens.
So I can use a 67mm wide screw hood and also the 67mm CPL filter that I already have (if needed).
Any other idea?
i just got an 50 1.4 zuiko as part of a film slr package. i can't believe this little guy has 8 aperture blades! they sure don't skimp! even my zeiss and leica only have 6 blades on the 50mm! looking forward to using it! looks like it's gonna be sweet bokeh!

^ lovely foto. I decided that I would liquidate all my OM gear. I own too many lenses.
Much as I try. I cannot find the reason to do away with the below
16/3.5 - most affordable fisheye with excellent performance for those infrequent use
80/4 macro - most affordable macro with up to magnification of 2x
21/3.5 - most affordable and smallest wide angle with excellent performance
35-80/2.8 - lightest f2.8 lens with excellent performance across a desirable zoom range.
I posted my 16 and 2 28s for sale for the sole reason that I don't shoot that wide. I've noticed I barely breach 24, which is why I have not purchased a zeiss 21.

Same here on the wide. Which is why I am keeping my OM lenses of those FL that I do not use often. The cost of my 16/3.5, 80/4 macro and 21/3.5 combined do not even come close to the Zeiss 21. Yet when I need these FL, they are available. That's my rationale of keeping these lenses - good value and small enough to carry around.
Here is one from the Zuiko OM 35mm f/2.8, I rarely see anybody post images from this lens. I kinda like it for portraits. I guess it is not fast enough for most people.
