The missing file is DittoBridgeCS4.jsx. I renamed already the file DttoBridgeCS5.jsx into the missing ....CS4.jsx. Then there is no installation error but in bridge there is still no ditto entry.
Seems that there must be something more wrong
Got in the meantime an answer from the developer. He will try to fix this problem, because he didnīt update the installer for a longer time.

Only for the database. Maybe that I made a mistake because I found the files in a sub directory at my MAC named /../../...StartupScripts. But the correct name is /.../.../.../Startup Scripts. The problem is solved now. Thanks again Rory and Cuong for your assistances.
Thanks Rolf and Nixland. This lens is definitely in same league as 180mm 2.8 APO. it's much smaller. In fact it's so tiny and yet it easily outresolves 5D Mk2 sensor with micro contrast, saturation, and 3D. I think it has 3D like Zeiss but without "in the face" rendering. This is my first time to test drive it and obviously it's a keeper.
Cuonghutran, I love your series, and congratulate you on your great acquisition! The first, N°3 and last are my faves, but OOF bokeh bothers me in 4 and 5.
A question for you R experts. I now use and dearly love a 60mm Makro on my NEX 5N. Can I trust other R lenses to have the same colours rendering as the Makro? Because, if this is the case, I would buy a 35mm R Summicron, and thus mix Leica R and Zeiss lenses on my NEX, so as to give me two different options for colour renderings. Thanks for the help!
I've never tried the 35 Summicron or Elmarit, I've heard that the Summicron has more contrast but the Elmarit sharper across the image (which doesn't matter too much on the crop format of the NEX).
Good luck with your choice.
As a long time Zeiss user, how do you find the 60 Macro-Elmarit?
I bought mine when I was searching for a chaeper alternative to the Zeiss 50MP and i've been very happy with it, maybe a different beast and slower than the MP but a really useful lens.
"One thing that was curious though is that the lens seemed to produce somewhat warmer color palette, especially when compared to macro lenses from its chief rival Carl Zeiss. This trend actually continued at non-macro distances as well and the lens in general produced warmer colors more reminiscent of a Canon lens then a Leica one."
And then in the conclusion/recommendation summation "One thing worth noting here is the somewhat warmer color palette, which is not very characteristic of Leica lenses. "
Philber, would you call your colors Canon like? I also notice something about these colors but am not sure how to describe them. It is a great lens.
Inglis, I definitely agree with the statement that the Leica R 60mm Makro produces warmer colours than the Zeiss ZE 100MP, which I owned, and sold for that reason (slightly clinical, cold look).
But I defintely wouldn't call the Leica Canon-like. I owned a EF-100 macro, and found the shots sharp and detailed, but lifeless, and with colours that weren't particularly elegant. I briefly tested the newer IS version, found the colours improved, but not enough to jump ship.
My experience with other Leica lenses is limited. Tests with a M-mount Summicron 90mm f:2.0 and a 24mm Summarit or Elmarit also yielded colours which I liked more than what I get our of my Zeiss, but the Summicron was not very sharp, and the 24mm yielded colour shift on my NEX.
Hence my deside to revisit the issue with a 5N and a good experience with the R 60mm.
Agreed with Philber on EF-100 and Canon. I sold it for the same reason. I love 3D of Zeiss but much prefer Leica rendering. (One exception is Contax Zeiss 35mm 1.4).
Talking about colours, I have the experience that all the Leica-R lenses I use/d with the Nikon D700 make pictures with very saturated colours, sometimes so much that I had to de-saturate them.
Here is another portrait of the many I took in India with the Apo-Makro Elmarit 100mm, probably one of the most outstanding leses ever made:
