Thank you Peire.
There are not many copies of Elmarit-R 28mm E55 on eBay as people rather tend to keep this lens for good. Just checked my receipt from 2012; I paid $2100 USD for a pristine sample, which was on a high side. Hope you will find one soon and we'll benefit by viewing your work with it.

I am shooting the APO-Telyt 180mm since a couple of days. Still making trials. I am somehow puzzled by the results. On the field I was unsure about the results. Maybe the it does not couples very well with the photometer of the sony a7rii? The results actually are much better if the photograph is processed from raw at home. In the field I had the impression that contrast descended significantly at f11 and closer. but this could be also coupling with the photometer. I had somehow to increase a lot the overexposure to get luminous photographs in A mode. Colors... from raw are better, from camera presets, not so satisfactory. at 3.4I have the impression that accuracy improves a little closing half an stop. Any experience or thoughts you may share are very welcome.

By mistake the camera was turned into JPEG while shooting,so all OOC Sony JPEGs weaknesses were very difficult to minimize. The harsh light of the very hot day added up it's own .Yet the morning was nice and relaxing :-))
Some wonderful images and knowledge here, thanks everyone for sharing and participating.
new to the R experience and have been trying since recent months on some Nikon bodies.
