Thank you Alpha Geist! I've been wanting to take a pic of this road for years! It's the entrance to a state Park, just above the beach! Another fantastic shot LtZ!
A few more with the 35 Cron.
Thanks for looking,
Gregg

Another shot of where I deliver to daily..those houses are on my route
A house on my route that I've driven past daily for the last 14 years
This Leica R thread is used as a reference all over the web with the highest count of pictures shot specifically with the R lenses.
Many people contact me as well as contact other posters trying to identify which version of the lens was used for any particular picture
For the sake of proper filing. May I require all posters to name correctly which version is the lens used.
You can use any format you like as long as we can determine which lens model is being used.
We have two Cron 35
We have three Elmarit 35
We have two Lux 50.
We have two Cron 50
We have two Elmarit 28
We have two APO 180/2.8
.....etc
Naming correctly your lens is as much to your benefit as well as to all others posters and visitors benefit.
This mural(?) was done by an artist on the inside wall of a bomb shelter from the post war time. The wall and painting has now been exposed due to construction work in the area but for me it is a little weird to have art in a place where the only time anyone would see it was if someone dropped the bomb on your city.
These images are cross posted from the Sony A7 (r) image thread and were taken last evening, February 1, 2014 a little before sunset with my tripod mounted Leica R 280mm f4 Apo Telyt lens and my Sony A7r camera. Thanks Saph! The close focus of the 35 Cron is really nice. I don't thinks any sharper than my Sigma 35( I don't think any lens is!), but I like the look of the Cron more! I really would like to try the 28 ver ll, but really can't afford it...so I went out and bought the 2nd best 28! C/Y 28 2.8...so I'm happy for the moment!

Gregg, LtZ, and saph -- Thank you all for the comments and the likes.
LtZ -- Your timing is impeccable as always. I'm glad you left the last photo in color as I like how green lights were reflected on the trees.
leonasj -- Great details on the R280/4 APO shot. I noticed a slight green hue on the WB especially on the sky on your last shot. The shot before was fine.
crazy shot -- Your orchid shots are awesome!
saph -- Your "WinterOlympics" shot is fantastic... nicely titled. Squirrels are so resourceful!
robin shot -- Your landscape shot of Maori Bay is excellent. Please post more...
ocean -- Nice bird shot. Is it a falcon?
Jako -- Awesome series from Old Havana. My favorite is from page 278 with the 28 Elmarit (Sky Reflection).
Gregg -- Love all your bw shots with the cron 35. The shot with the windy road canopy of trees is my favorite.
Here are a few from yesterday. Chinese New Year celebration in downtown Los Angeles. All with the 50 Lux.
