Thanks, Rico. The shadow transition revealed the texture of the nylon fabric underneath. Maybe I should place the objects on a white acrylic instead.

I was probably less than 10 meters away for this photo. While fishing they'd often swim past within 1 meter of my feet. They interrupt playtime only to feed or to groom their fur.

The highlight is well preserved. If this is an untouched shot, then Leica DMR has excellent dynamic range.
