Has wow factor and cute factor aplenty. Just wondering if the contrast is a tad strong for a couple of cuddly kids like this?

Superb shot. A classical 'Friendship' shot. I'm just not 100% sure about the conversion. Why not colour or B/W?

The light was absolutely terrible (imagine CA noon light), so the color shot is unusable. I didn't like a straight BW version either - I tried many things before I came with this toning that works for me.

As for contrast - yes, I'll replace the image with a slightly less contrasty one. I did processing on my nice matte screen, but I see how crunchy it can look on today's glossy screens.
