I have experience working out of town, most recently I've shot in Asheville N.C. in mid March and Aspen, Colorado in Mid January.
I would have no problem working with her budget and if they're willing to "sacrifice" and come for a weekend getaway in sunny South Florida I'd gladly include an engagement session. In fact I'd be happy to do that as a try-before-you-buy if they'd prefer to be able to see the level of service they'd receive before committing to me as their wedding photographer.
I am still available on the date, looking for more East Coast weddings this year and I don't charge anything extra for travel, can work in their price range, my style is non-traditional, different, not too quirky

I might have to attend this workshop. I have 3 of them and still don't know which one I like best.
I'll be in Manhattan the week before and I can just stay a little longer to shoot the wedding if they would like. It's just a short drive across the river!
I'm sure we can make something work within their budget.
