Here are some pics from a recent trip to Nashville. A850 most of these are with the 17-35 and one with the 50 1.4. These are all handheld my usual PP applied in CS4.
Beautiful photos, everyone. Sigh..., I don't have any Sony branded zeiss lenses. These are taken with a C/Y planar 50/1.7 on my A900. I hope it doesn't violate the rule, Edward.
Funny thing about that 2nd shot - I screwed it up so many ways. My lens hood got shifted when I went on my stomach to get the shot, hence I had to crop. Then, I didn't notice until on the PC, but I had a few droplets of water on the right side of the image, so I had to crop a lot off. After all that, still plenty of resolution to play with. I just wish I would have taken the time to get my tripod this low to get a sharper shot.
I'm hoping I don't have to work on friday and the snow sticks around - I'd love to get some better shots and actually take the time to compose a bit better.
