How reliable do you guys find the focus confirmation light? I just got a 50 2.0 MP ZE and need to move the focus just slightly behind what the confirmation light says.
Focus confirmation light is only accurate to a range around the proper focus and not usually that accurate compared to either by eye using a good focusing screen or liveview. I use liveview a lot of the time for critical focusing.
Have any of you tried a UV filter or any other filter on the 50MP? I wonder if it would attract a lot of reflection since the lens hood is so short. (Please don't start long arguments about why or why not use filters in general, just looking for people's experience with this particular lens.) Thank you.
