UPDATE - I wanted to write (ZE) lenses and not this specific lens. Thanks for pointing out Philber.

as per request of many...and it does make sense as all these lenses are almost the same.

I just got my Zeiss 21mm ZE lens from UPS during lunch and I did a few quick test shots and I am blown away at how you can shoot in the midday sun, sun fully in the frame, and retain shadows and blue sky, and with very minimal flare if any. Simply Wow!

Hard times prevent me from subscribing to Image Upload but a selection of shots taken with the ZE 50/1.4 and a Canon 40D can be found at:

Some are better than others, although very few compare with those found in this forum by the Zeiss Meisters, who are to numerous to name.
