Philber - Thank you for your kind words. 'Hostile' in terms of untidy, filthy, uncared for, neglected, uninspiring ( at times ), it may be. Areas I am shooting are quite assimilated and not so 'hostile' in terms of safety ( at least at the hours I am there). Not anything like Makten had to face some months back. The only hostility I get sometimes are from building security and police, they just think it is conspicuous for anyone to be shooting chain link fence.
Martin, I like 2 best but the detail on 1 is outstanding
John, I have had the 50 Planar and MP and found the shot you posted above would be handled much better (my experience - but maybe it was just my copy) by the Planar in regards to flare control. I figured either you used the Planar or fixed flare
helimat - The second shot is beautiful. Great texture of wet sand.
johnahill - I like the #1. Nice color.
Makten - Stunning ! Your first shot is definitely my favorite. Great color you get out from tree. Second one is very Zen.
Uzay - Great sets. I love the shots from cemetery.
Diploneis - Beautiful portraits. Perfect combination of overexposed background, white sweater, necklace, lips, eyes, and snow on her hair, with great soft lighting, make just perfect shots. Beautifully crafted. I especially like the composition of the second shot.
