bluetsunami - I love you 'portrait' with 35 Was it from an old diner ??
Diploneis - Great shot with 21. Curved white blur of water is making strong composition. b
Philber - Thank you for the feast !! Scculpture with water reflection as background, very nice. Great capture of light on the second shot. I love the composition. Infinite repetition of floor pattern on the third is mesmerizing.
Sami - I love the third shot. Love the light and texture a lot.
Diploneis - I love your shots of the red girl and the following one with a strange beatuful light
Akul - congrats for the bird pic , focus looks perfect
Sami - you captured a wonderful light...
Joakim - great winter shots, the first more than all
I am thinking to buy a 100MP after having seen your photos ... are you using a split image focusing screen to focus with the 100MP? which one with 5dmkII?
Here attached a 21ZE night shot from Florence area:
Thank you Francesco! Yes - the light that evening was strangely beautiful - just after sunset behind the mountains sun reflected from the clouds covering everything in soft, "misty", golden light!
And you yourself captured a very dramatic sky and light! Sign, car, road are very well positioned making for a strong composition. And reflections in puddles on the road are perfect. Maybe some little bit more details in shadows would be a bonus. Anyway - well done!
I use EG-S screen from Canon and have no problem whatsoever to focus even in very low light (red girl)
To be honest, love this lens but focusing is quite demanding.
Joakim - You got serious snow up there already! Beautiful B/W conversion. Beautiful snowscapes. I really love them all. Great set. Your 85 mm shots do make me wonder whether I should have gotten 85 instead
Diploneis - Yet another fanstastic set. I do enjoy how you shoot the same subject extensively. I tend to do the same thing too. In my case, sometimes It takes a while to know how I want to shoot it, that may be the reason. Anyway, I like the way how the first shot includes more foreground than the previous one. The closeup shot is a gold.
fracas - beautiful sky. I like how Agip sign is contrasting to the rest of the picture. Also the reflective ground is adding very nice texutre.
Thanks Akul - love your pics ... internal lamps in the first one and the diagonal light on the background building of the second one give a "plus" to the first two
Diploneis, I have the EG-S screen but I though it was not enough to focus well with the 100MP.. I am happy to know it is not true. Thank you.
Yes, I tried to extract more detail from the shadows ... but there was too much noise (the photo was taken handheld...)
Here another night pic with the ZE21 from my journey in the Florence area (with tripod this time...):
Wow, I must congratulate everyone on the amazing photos !!!
Martynas, some seriously excellent photos
Bob, great shots.
Philippes, love those shots with ZE 28
Joakim, beautiful winter shots
