I have a Gitzo GT 2530 tripod that I bought 1.5 years ago. One of its leg came off and it seems like the two plastic tab's that stop the legs from coming off have fallen off. Any suggestions how I can get it fixed? I have emailed to Gitzo but no response yet.
Has anyone had this issue? I appreciate your help and advice very much.
what you're saying is you pulled one leg section out of another? then the internal parts fell off?
here is the exploded view of the tripod. it should help you find out what part goes where. if not at least idendify the part numbers that are involved. it will open up as a pdf.
by the way its much better to call them. the distributer was called bogen imaging last month but to start off the new year its now called manfrotto distribution. calling is much better
