Very nice shots of Eastern Sierras and Mono Lake Tufas and old car at Bode ghost town.
But this area of Northern California/Nevada is not considered part of US Southwest.
When were you here? I live in Bay area and love shooting in these spots when I can get the time.

I have visited US from April, 22 to May, 7.
Made some shots at Yosemiti, Death Walley, Canyonland, Las Vegas and some other nice places. It was my first time in United States, I love this great country and certainly will going to it again. Beatiful and unusual nature, friendly and lively people...

Good news ,1V works with all of my N lens ( 400/4, 100/2.8, 85/1.4 , 50/1.4 and 24-85).
I notice that all my N lens perform AF faster with 1V body , but not bad with 5D2.
I have a Canon film scanner that became obsolete (to me at least) because it used a SCSI interface. I now use a high quality flatbed scanner but the Canon was easier to use and seemed to give good results without much effort.
