thank you all for your kind comments and feedback!
karl: yeah the 3rd one seems very popular.
hugh: someday i'm gonna get a new camera and get those high iso/faster shutter speeds for you. thank you very much for your feedback on my website, i did make some of your suggestions already and it works well.
brad: you can walk down to the water in some areas, just make sure you don't get caught/seen by a ranger, and also wear proper footwear - water can be cold or slippery.
andrew: yeah #3 seems popular.
tim: sounds like you need to make a trip to watkins glen then.
rich: thanks, i was lucky this year to get both areas at their prime!
jim: for watkins glen and vermont foliage - second week of october should be good. for the delaware water gap foliage - second to third week of october should be good. i would say probably no more than 2 weeks timeframe to get their prime. even though the leaves are on the ground - they still change color while on the ground - from bright orange, to dark red, to brown/black.
These are all lovely, Binh. Great color, great compositions.
I've never been to Vermont, but have had hopes that I might come across some settings as lovely as these if I could make it as far north as the Appalachians.
What would I do differently; probably everything. But since they are your shots, I wouldn't change a thing. I love them, everything about them. Super high quality with super strong compositions and beautiful natural colors, very good work.
