I have a 40D plus two flashes (580EXII, 550EX), a flip flash bracket, an off-shoe cord, and a "globe" diffuser. I'm having a good time exploring off-camera flash.
I'm interested in expanding what that off-camera flash does... by putting it on a stand & making the light source much bigger via a soft box or umbrella. i'm looking for your stand, umbrella or sb, plus accessories to mount everything together. well-used it fine... my gear doesn't need to be pretty.
