As a new dog owner, I am amused by how much some dogs (with floppier features) change in appearance when in motion. I don't think I could identify this gal's breed from this running shot. Click on the image for more shots of her and the answer.

One from Sunday night. While this obviously didn't make use of the great AF system I have to say that the metering and auto white balance are spot on. I shot this in RAW with AWB, converted in ACR using default settings and the colors and everything are identical to what it looked like when I was there.

gregoryfo.....yes, I got the eagle shots at Conowingo Dam....it's a awesome place for eagles...
I've been going there for the past couple of years....usually the best time to go is after the first couple of weeks of Nov....thru Jan and maybe Feb....the most action there happens when they are generating power.
All of these were taken with my 500 f/4.....
