Thought I'd post a quick one before I rush off to the pub. This was taken in early September at a beach in North Carolina. The beauty of the moment could perhaps even cause an avid fisherman to take note.
Hope you enjoy.
I have had several remarks regarding the starburst. I thought I might explain. It was caused by a lamp the ladies were using to assist with light during the darkness of the early morning. No processing was done to create it. I left it in, not certain whether it was a good thing or not. Now I am really curious whether or not it belongs. If you have an opinion, please let me know.
very nice capture, although i'm not quite sure about that light - its kinda cool but it does take away from the focus/mood a bit. the colors and exposure are excellent ed!
A great scene with a magical pastel palette , Ed ; love those smooth colour gradients , the molten gold reflection , and the peaceful ambience of this view . The light-star is a nice extra accent on the nearby events .
a beautiful surreal feel here just gorgeous comp along with the lighting and colors, beautifully seen. That was a huge change for me during my 13 years in NC so use to seeing the Sunset over the coast in Southern CA then in NC just the opposite sunrise up over the coast
