I have a 15mm Leitz Super Elmar R (serial #3309009) to sell.
I bought it to appreciate the ultra wide power inherited from the cooperation of Leica and Zeiss. But I only have a 5D with unshaved mirror. So I realized I cannot use it unless I have the mirror shaved, or switch to a cropped sensor body which I don't like.
The lens has half a dozen nicks on the front build-in filter element. If the sun is to your back you are not likely to notice them. So I was told they won't affect the picture quality. If the sun is more toward the lens you will see them from the front of the lens. Other than that, all the glass elements are perfect. Some normal paint blemishes on the barrel can be seen. There is no fungus, haze, dust, etc.

It's rare to see this lens for sale. I did some research on ebay about the price. There are two listings are going on (370268154292 & 200385886742). They ask for about $2500.
