I'm starting to think this lens is the camera world's idea of vapourware.

We're in Q4 2010 now... still no Sammy 35!

ummm... didn't the 35/1.4 already get announced? It'll be available Q1 2011.... or are you talking about a 1.2 lens (that was just a rumor).

http://www.cyberphoto.fi/index_fi_se.php You can preorder it here(for Swedish/Finnish people) 530� seems quite expensive though. Maybe the price is just a placeholder?

i asked the man from foto-tip.pl (Europe distributor) at the photokina,
he told me around 400 euros and available around x-mas.

unfortunately i was not able to give the prototype a try ...
