I feel so sheepish to see it only now. 
First of all, let me thank you all for your heart warming comments and especially to Kent (RustyBug), for posting this thread.
Second, after all this you may want to hear some detail. Well, I took the most severe case of TB you may imagine. For 2 days I was in intensive care, clinically dead. After that my immune system decided it rested enough and that it's time to kick off. Thus, I regained all vital signs, including – thankfully – consciousness. After that it was another weak (pun intended) in internal medicine ward, slowly coming to older self. I am now at home, but still very weak. For example, 1 hour in front of the computer or talking 10-15 minutes in the phone is enough to send me back to bed.
So I started slowly looking at some threads at some forums but am still nowhere near the pace I used get updated. Doctors estimate it anywhere from two weeks to two months.
Well, I try to look at the bright side. I am still alive and with no permanent damage. It's the small things that count…..
