OK OK OK Please stop sending me PM's I'm posting shotz now
OK first off
after getting home with a few shots with the 5 D MK II and EF 800 combo
I download my images. Open them in CS3 to view................
Yea I said CS3
And of course I can't view them...................... I didn't realize the 5 D MK II came out AFTER CS4 was released. Nor did I realize that ADOBE would refuse to support
new camera models / RAW files with CS3
So I purchase the CS4 Upgrade and wait 3 days to receive the download page.
Download the Upgrade > Install > AND ERROR..............
CS4 asks for my CS3 Serial Number and states the serial number is an ERROR
Oh Geezus can this get to be any MORE of a PITA
Call adobe and they state MY version of CS3 is NOT eligible for upgrade because it
was either purchased from an unauthorized dealer or off of Ebay.............. OH somebody shoot me please!!!! I bought it off of Fleabay....................
Yea this is going good!!! So I tell Adobe to keep my 200 bucks and discount the 200 off of the full price full version of CS4 and I'll pay the difference of 500 bucks.............. OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO They have to refund the 200 dollars which takes 3 weeks to get and if I want CS4 I have to pay the 700 bucks now. So that means ADOBE will have 900 bucks out of my pocket and I have no guarantee when I'll see the 200 bucks I paid for the upgrade I can't use.
I tried using DPP over and over and it just doesn't work for me AT ALL. In fact it totally SUX!!! For those of you that are used to it and like it >> Well kewl beans for you >> But I like my workflow and I really like ACR!!
So I download the TRIAL to CS4 and I'm not giving ADOBE another Penny until I get my 200 bucks back. Hell they took it pretty dang fast but they sure aren't in any hurry to return it!
These images have ZERO Noise reduction
And my workflow is altered a bit as I'm getting used to CS4 and a few of my normal Workflow Actions aren't working.
6) Something happened to the Blue Sky when downloaded to my pbase site. Guessing it has something to do with compression? I'll have to investigate and repost this image later....... But for not just ignore the sky LMAO http://i.pbase.com/o6/87/782787/1/114226352.2F21CbNB.IMG_1328.jpg
I'll be back to comment after I stop drooling on my keyboard

I see one big problem here buddy, what do you need the MKIII for now No doubt these look excellent, especially with the minimal amount of work you did on them. I think you are going to be a very happy ANT with this body I must say the light looked harsh but you were on those whites in a good way, congrats across the board though you lost the battle with Adobe
